The used Kia Forte is one of the best values of any small car out there. It's a stylish and sporty compact car that combines great fuel economy, nimble performance and plenty of features. The Kia Forte is available in three body styles; the four-door Forte Sedan, the two-door Forte Koup, or the zippy Forte5 Hatchback. Whichever style appeals to your tastes, you can be assured of a fun, sporty and safe vehicle for getting around town or for hitting the road. The Kia Forte also has a great set of standard features, even in the base trim levels.

Interior

On the inside, the sport sedan feel of the Kia Forte continues, with quality materials and a superb fit and finish. The Kia Forte comes in LX and EX trim levels for the sedan, and in EX and SX trims for the Koup. The Forte5 hatchback comes in base LX, and also EX and SX trims. There are plenty of features and gadgets, along with some very comfortable seats. And we?re not just talking comfortable-for-a-value-priced-car. We mean these are some seats you can travel all day in. In addition, there?s a surprising amount of room in each of these cars, including up to 23.2 cubic-feet in the hatchback, with seats folded.

Technology

High-tech features aren't something you typically expect with a value-priced compact car. However, the Kia Forte defies expectations. Even at the base level, the Forte includes technology features like satellite radio, Bluetooth hands-free, steering wheel audio controls, power windows, locks, mirrors, and more. Available tech features on upper trim levels include:

Performance

The Kia Forte comes with three different engine choices, to satisfy the driving needs of just about anyone. At the high fuel-efficiency end of the spectrum is a 1.8-liter 4-cylinder found in the LX models that gets up to 39 highway miles to the gallon. Next is the 2.0-liter 4-cylinder in the EX models that puts out 173-horsepower and gets up to 35 MPG on the highway. Finally, there's the turbocharged 1.6-liter found in the Koup and Forte5 that gets more than 200-horsepower, and still manages 29 MPG highway. A six-speed Sportmatic® automatic transmission is standard in every model except the LX sedan, which gets a six-speed manual.

Safety

As with every Kia vehicle, safety and protection features on the Kia Forte are impressive. Every Forte comes standard with front, side and side curtain air bags, 4-wheel disk brakes with ABS, as well as stability and traction control. There?s also Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Electronic Brake-force Distribution with Brake Assist, a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Hill-start assist, and more. Kia takes the safety of its vehicles' occupants very seriously, and it shows in every vehicle, including the new Kia Forte.
